1. This is an order not receipt and it should be produced at the time of delivery

2. Every effort made to delivery the garments in time but if due to some uncontrollably circumstances the delivery becomes late the customer is not entitled for any compensation or reduction in the

3 Practically it is not always possible to note cuts holes. stains at the time of undertaking if such defects become apparent during the process the risk lies on the customer

4. The clothes must be taken back within one Month after which the customer shall have to pay the extra cleaning charges in advance which will be double in the second month and after 3 months, we hold no responsibility. and clothes will be sold away to recover our charges.

5. We hold no liability for damage arising from fugitive colours, shrinkage of unsuitable material or also damage to any article arising from defective manufacture adulteration or defects becoming or from wear exposure or other defects becoming apparent during treatment.

6. In the event of misdelivery of loss or damage to any grament, the ceaners will have the option of either repairing or replacing the gament with any other grament from the forfeiled slock payments will be made of the new and one fourth of the old ofthe cost of the cloth.
